I have made mine like this for year and love.I have a tip sometimes I like it a little,more hot add lemon.When you buy horseradish it is not that hot.

I actually take my own when we eat out!
I always make from scratch, but never used Worcestershire before.
But then I realized I had all the ingredients for this and it’s sooooooo much better than the store bought stuff I had.
I even topped the meal off with my Southern Caramel Cake .
Perfect just as it is.

If using prepared horseradish, reduce the amount of lemon juice to one tablespoon.
